AIDA1|Molchanovs LAP1|PURE APNEA DISCOVERY FREEDIVING 250 SGD
It is a half day introduction pool course, student will experience the fun of freediving, enjoy the feeling of apnea underwater, and teach you to swim like a fish in the water. The course will include 2hours theory + 3hours pool practice.
AIDA2|MolchanovsWAVE1|PUREAPNEA LV1| (10-20M)
300SGD open water course (Singapore local water)
This is a 1-day open water course (including 2 sessions) that covers the basics of freediving. It includes learning duck dive, free imersion, constant weight, finning technic, deep water rescue and buddy system
Prerequisites: +18 years of age, comfortable swimming and snorkelling, signed medical statement and liability release form.
AIDA3|MolchanovsWAVE2|PUREAPNEA LV1|(20-30M) 3-4 days

This is 3-4-day core freediving course designed to equip freedivers with the knowledge and skills to become proficient advanced freedivers. Students will learn to become energy efficient; to prepare their bodies for pressure; to train on land and in the water; to perform advanced equalization techniques; to organize and run training session; and to do it all safely!
Prerequisites: +18 years of age, completed Level 1 or equivalent, signed medical statement and liability release form.
Although not a prerequisite, it is highly recommended that students complete a CPR and First-Aid course before or directly after this course. DAN or equivalent certifications are suitable
PURE APNEA LEVEL3 4-5days (35M)

The Master Freediver course is essential for those who want to freedive deep, who want to freedive competitively or who would like to continue progressing towards Instructor level. In this course the emphasis is placed on freediving beyond failure depth, equalizing using the Mouthfill technique, stretching and training techniques that will prepare your body for depth and pressure, learning the physics of deep freediving and deep freediving safety.
To complete this course, students will need to fulfill these core requirements:
- Freedive to 35m (max 40m)
- Perform a rescue from 20m
- Perform a 40m rope rescue
- Complete a 3 minutes and 30 seconds static breath hold
- Achieve a 70% minimum pass rate for the theory exam

Regular depth training at LAZARUS island 80SGD
Full day or half day depth training at LAZARUS island, depth at about 20-30m, will focus on technics such as duck dive, equalization and adaption to pressure. boat fee, lunch and water incluede. rantel of gears is not included.
